Q) What ‘buying online’ options can I choose from?
A) We offer two options for ‘buying online’: 1) Reserve a vehicle with a online deposit (minimum £250) or 2) Apply for a finance deal online.

Option 1: Reserve Online

Q) Is my reservation fee refundable?
A) If you’ve reserved a vehicle online you can request a full refund at any time. We submit refund requests to the bank or card issuer immediately, which appear as credit 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.

Q) How long is my reservation fee valid for?
A) Your chosen vehicle will be reserved for 24 hours for you to view and test drive at your convenience. Please note, once your deposit has been processed we’ll be in touch to discuss your chosen vehicle and can extend the reservation period if required.

Q) I’ve paid my reservation fee online. Do I have to visit the physical dealership to complete my purchase?
A) No. Once you’ve paid your reservation fee and decided to purchase the vehicle, we will process your order and can arrange for the vehicle to be delivered to you (delivery charges may apply). Alternatively, you can collect the vehicle from the supplying Tracks Suzuki dealer.

Q) I haven’t reserved a vehice online before. Is it safe?
A) Yes. All reservation fees on our website are administered securely via our payment processor partner, Stripe (and its global affiliates). Stripe’s platform will accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Option 2: Apply for Finance

Q) How do I know if I’m eligible for finance?
A) You must be over 18 years of age and acceptance is subject to status.

Q) I’ve submitted a finance application. What happens next?
A) Once you’ve submitted a finance application we’ll contact you and review your eligibility before submitting the proposal to the finance lender for a credit decision.

Q) I’ve submitted a finance application. What happens if I’m not eligible for finance?
A) If you apply for a finance deal but are unsuccessful this may affect your credit rating/score. If your application is declined we’ll contact you in either verbal or written form.
