COVID-19 November update
Following the Government announcement on Saturday 31st October regarding a second lockdown, I wanted to update you on how we will be operating under the new government guidelines.
Our showrooms will be open as normal until Thursday 5th November. Thereafter our service departments will continue to operate as normal for servicing, MOTs and repairs, but our sales showrooms and forecourt displays will be closed to the public until advised otherwise by the government. We will continue sales remotely and our teams will be available to send you personalised videos of new and used cars, offer virtual test drives and assist with online purchases. During the lockdown, you can still collect cars from our dealerships that have been purchased online via ‘click and collect’ or via the telephone and we will continue to offer home delivery as an option. All handovers will take place outside and be entirely contactless.
You can contact our sales and aftersales teams online 24/7 via email, live chat or Facebook messenger and our website gives you the ability to buy cars online, apply for finance remotely as well as book a service, MOT or repair for your vehicle.
Visits to our dealerships will remain via appointment only as they have since the first lockdown with social distancing measures in place to keep you and our team safe, including PPE available upon entry, a one-way system throughout and protective screens at the service desks.
Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to continuing to help you with your motoring requirements during the November lockdown period.
