Tracks Suzuki Group department updates in response to COVID-19
During this unprecedented time where the world is facing increased levels of uncertainty and concern due to COVID-19, we want to help reassure our customers and provide you with the key information covering all departments. If you have any questions or queries not covered below please email email@example.com
Despite our physical showrooms being temporarily closed, you can still view, reserve and finance our entire stock of new and used cars online via our website. We believe it untimely to handover and deliver cars given the seriousness of the current situation, but we’re happy to secure your chosen vehicle until we reopen.
If you would like to know more about any of our vehicles, please feel free to contact our sales teams below:
Motability customers coming to the end of their lease will automatically have it extended by 6-months, and users will continue to be insured.
Although we’ve temporarily closed our dealerships, we’re offering to open our Exeter workshop to existing Tracks customers working in critical services should they have a major safety concern regarding their vehicle. Please call Stephen Ody, Managing Director, on 077100 90250 who’ll be able to answer your query and offer a solution.
The DVSA has automatically granted a 6-month exemption to vehicles due their MOT from 30th March 2020. Further guidance available at: https://bit.ly/2QJprH8
If your vehicle’s first MOT is due you’ll also automatically be given a 6-month exemption from the date its due.
Vehicles with their MOT due before 30th March still require a valid MOT. Further guidance available at: https://bit.ly/3bt4kB9
b) Servicing & Warranty
We cannot perform routine vehicle servicing during this time so we’re offering flexibility with regards to our warranty (including our exclusive Tracks Lifetime Warranty). Both ourselves and Suzuki GB will support delays in servicing and warranty matters, but we strongly advise you check your vehicle oil level, coolant, screen wash and tyre pressure regularly for safety and peace of mind.
c) Service Plans
Similarly to warranty, we’re giving you flexibility with regards to our service plans, although please be aware these cannot be refunded during this time. Service plan customers with their vehicle service/MOT due during our temporary closure period will be contacted once we reopen to reschedule a booking.
Our parts department will remain temporarily closed until we re-open but if you’d like to log an enquiry, please feel free to contact our team and they’ll deal with your request upon return.
