Tracks Suzuki Group temporary closure in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Following the Prime Minister’s statement yesterday evening on the Coronavirus pandemic, and in the best interests of our team and customers alike, we’ll be temporarily closing our dealerships effective immediately.

We’re sorry to have to close our doors, but this is a time of national emergency and we must all follow the advice of the government during this challenging period in history.

Thank you to all our loyal customers for your continued support – we’re going to miss welcoming you into our showrooms whilst these measures are in place, but people’s health and safety must take priority.

We’ll do our best to contact all our future workshop visitors but anyone with their car booked in with our service departments should NOT attend their appointment.

Those of you in the process of buying a new or used vehicle will be contacted via your sales representative shortly.

If you need to get in touch with us in the coming days and weeks, you can still reach us via email, website live chat and social media. We appreciate your patience as our business prepares for this unprecedented period in history but rest assured, we’ll reopen again as soon as it’s safe to do so.

We’ll keep everyone updated via our website, Facebook and SMS.

On behalf of all the team at Tracks, please stay safe, stay at home where possible and we wish you and your families the very best of health.

See you again soon,
Harry Ody

Please be aware, we’re not taking service/MOT bookings, test drive requests or parts orders.

If you exceed the mileage/time limit on your vehicle service schedule this will not effect your warranty during this unprecendented time.

If you’re an existing Tracks customer working in critical services and your vehicle requires immediate attention please call 077100 90250 (Steve @ Tracks of Exeter) or 07848 698962 (Bill @ Tracks of Taunton) and we’ll do our best to help.
