We’re so confident in Suzuki quality and reliability that we offer a Lifetime ‘100,000 mile’ Warranty on all new Suzuki cars purchased from our dealerships.

How does it work?

Years 1-3
The first 36 months or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first, are covered by Suzuki GB PLC.

Years 3+
After the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty your vehicle is covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

What’s covered?

All Suzuki warranties cover a wide range of vehicle parts, including powertrain, steering, braking, cooling, safety systems, electrical components, air-conditioning and more.

As with all new vehicle warranties some things are not covered, such as routine service and maintenance items, natural wear and tear or if any non-approved modifications and conversions are carried out.

Only service and vehicle repairs carried out at Tracks of Exeter or Tracks of Taunton are covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

A big thanks to Dave and the service team at Tracks after we came outside to find our Suzuki Swift had a puncture. We called Tracks at 16:30 and were told if we could get the car in before 17:30, they'd manage to fit a new tyre before they closed. Superb, efficient service and well priced too. There's always a friendly atmosphere, unlike many car dealerships, which can feel a little soulless. We've always been extremely happy with the experience at tracks with both the Sales (Jack and Harry have always been great) and Aftersales teams.

I have to say my experience was nothing but positive. We’ve been using this garage for mots for a number of years and they’re always really helpful. I took my car for mot yesterday. The chap at the desk was welcoming and cheerful, the coffee is excellent and free WiFi is a nice touch.My mot was completed quickly while I waited and despite initially failing, the problem was rectified quickly at no extra cost to me.All in all I’m very happy with the service I received - and it’s only £35 for an mot!

I went up to the motability sales man Alec stott and told him i was looking for something different. He was so kind enough to show me around the cars. The Suzuki Vitara 4x4 took my eye. Alec told me everything i wanted to know about the car. He was so very helpful and professional at his job. I placed my order for the car there and then. He said it could take up to 3 months till i get the car but he would try to get it sooner for me. 8 weeks later i was back in the showroom picking up my new car. Alec Stott was very helpful all the way through the process from looking at the cat to getting the keys to my new car. He was very friendly and professional at his job. The staff at Tracks Taunton are always very accommodating. My recent service for my Splash was no exception. They drop me me back home and collect me again when the car is ready. I am kept up to date on any work that needs doing. They are always busy, which tells me they have a lot of happy customers. Thank you again for your great service. Steve was particularly helpful with my bill and service plan and the lovely young man who drove me to and from home was also great. Sorry I didn't catch his name, but you know who he is!

Annual service for my 2 year old Celerio. Dropped car off and walked into Exeter via Canal/River. Came back after lunch to collect car. Paid nothing as I took out their extremely affordable service contract at time of purchase. The team are always friendly and helpful without being pushy. The 2 cars I've bought have both been very reliable so much so, that on this visit I bought a used Splash for my daughter.

Having dealt with Tracks for over 10 years can honestly say that I have never experienced any problems with the service received whatsoever. From buying vehicles to regular servicing, everything is very professional. Not living near to the dealership, a phone call to the service department with concerns normally resolves the situation without having to drive the 60 miles unless necessary. Kept fully informed when servicing due with a loan car ready on my arrival and texed when vehicle ready for collection. A1 recommendation.

I have had Suzukis for 30 years now and the last 2 from Tracks. I like the straight forward sales with no bull. I looked at a different vehicle at another local garage and lost 2 and half hours of my life listening to a load of sales patter with the price going up and up, to then be knocked down as if I was getting a good deal.
