Had a problem from the DVLA after trading in my Mum's car at Tracks Suzuki. Spoke to Will in Exeter this afternoon after getting the letter today. He has already sorted it out, the same afternoon. Impressive service. It is not that problems arise; it is how they are sorted out. My wife bought a second hand Suzuki Swift from Tracks. They were amazing, they serviced it, MOT'd it and delivered it to us in Dorset (for a very reasonable price) as my wife couldn't drive it that far due to a bad hand. Will couldn't do enough for us and even put a full years Suzuki Warranty on it, as he realised we wouldn't want to return to Tracks in Eceter if there wzs a problem..great garage great service. Make tracks to Tracks for a Suzuki.

MOT, service and minor damage repair to my carTracks Suzuki Exeter were most efficient in reminding me of the service interval and MOT and booking me a convenient service date.The courtesy car was clean and ready for useI was impressed that I was emailed the results of the service inspection before I collected the car - so no surprises.The car was washed and valeted to a nigh standardThe whole process was most efficient - overall a very good experience - a shame that invoices in these days of rapid inflation have to be so high !
