Servicing Information

Regular servicing is essential to keep a car running smoothly and to ensure its overall performance is maximised and its fuel economy optimised. It will also help identify potential problems early on, reducing the risk of more serious and expensive issues in the future, or a mechanical breakdown.

Most manufacturers including Suzuki recommend servicing annually or every 12,500 miles (whichever comes first) however the service intervals for some vehicles listed on our website may vary so please contact us if you’d like to know a particular servicing schedule.

Although we’re Suzuki main dealers, our highly skilled technicians are experienced and manufacturer-trained in various makes and models, so we’re able to offer great-value maintenance packages for every new and used vehicle we sell.

With a Tracks Service Plan, you’ll help keep your car in peak condition in between routine services and receive some great benefits free-of-charge, including MOT tests, seasonal vehicle health checks, a wash and vacuum on every visit, courtesy cars and puncture repairs.

A vehicle with evidence of regular servicing, or even better a full service history, is likely to attract more potential buyers and a higher selling price.

Used Car Promise

Multipoint check

Our Suzuki trained technicians will conduct a rigorous multipoint inspection covering a service validation, and engine, transmission, chassis and electrical checks. If any mechanical faults are found they’re repaired using genuine parts.

Vehicle history check

We complete an HPI check that scrutinises the vehicle history and alerts us to any worrying information held by finance and insurance companies, the DVLA and the police. It checks against theft, insurance write-offs and outstanding finance.

Mileage check

We also complete an NMR check to verify the displayed odometer reading against the National Mileage Register.

Service history

We service all vehicles before delivery, so you don’t have to worry about routine service costs for 12 months.


MOT certificate

You’ll also get a 12 month MOT certificate with every vehicle over 3 years old, giving you one less thing to think about.

Valet service

Our dedicated, meticulous valeters wash and valet every vehicle before it goes on sale and once again before delivery.


All vehicles outside their original manufacturer’s warranty are covered by our 3-month warranty. For added peace of mind, you can choose to extend your warranty to keep you covered and protected against the cost of future unexpected repairs and replacement parts.

Such a breath of fresh air - It is so nice when you come across a car showroom / dealership that is so different to the normal high-pressure sales. I p/x my car for a used Vitara and the service I got was friendly, trustworthy and outstanding. Will was able to sort everything out for me and was even able to get my car delivered. The car arrived in excellent t condition. In about 3 years from now I plan on purchasing a brand new Suzuki and although the Exeter branch is by no means my local dealer, I will have no problems travelling over 100 miles to give my custom to Tracks. From the service I have received so far, they come highly recommended.

tracks at exeter , absolutely first class. bought several cars from here never had an issue with the cars or the service. maintenance costs are surprisingly good for a dealership and the whole team are professional and efficient. the service department are very helpful, the sales team are spot on, the engineers do a great job too, the manager is very polite, down to earth and always helpful. cant fault this dealership at all . always proactive at working with you and neither the sales team or service team try to rip you off like many others. its an all round great experience to deal with everyone there. keep up the good work guys 👍

The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. Very friendly when booking the appointment. Ryan was amazing, answered all our questions and very friendly.
