We’ve put together this handy tutorial to help you get a brand new Suzuki on the Motability Scheme.

1. Before you visit us

Check you’re eligible to join the scheme. If you qualify, you can enjoy a new Suzuki and everything that comes with a truly worry-free lease.

2. When you visit us

Bring a copy of your award notice, confirmation of your address (utility bill) and driving licenses for you and those who will be nominated to drive. Remember, you can have up to 2 named drivers.

3. Choose your new car

When picking a new car there are lots of things to consider, including suitability, efficiency and cost. Our Motability Specialists will help you find the perfect car to suit your requirements.

4. Adaptions

If you require any vehicle adaptions to help with your mobility, please contact your Motability Specialist prior to ordering.

5. Ordering

Once you’ve chosen the Suzuki that’s best for you, we’ll complete your order online for you. On acceptance, Motability will send you a letter with your Personal Identification Number which you’ll need when you collect your new car.

6. Collection

Delivery times will vary depending on the model availability and your renewal date. You may have to wait for certain variants so it’s always best to order early, but if we have the model in stock it can be ready for immediate delivery.

7. Aftercare

If you’ve any questions about your Suzuki or the Motability Scheme at any stage during your lease, please feel free to contact your Motability Specialist. As part of your lease, you’ll receive annual servicing and maintenance from Tracks and full breakdown cover from the RAC. All of this is included at no extra cost to you.

I assume that it's also a good place to work as many of the staff have been there since I bought my car.However, I did raise one, tongue in cheek, point this time: the complimentary dog biscuits are bigger than those for customers - although it was pointed out that I could have had more than one if I'd wanted!

Took my car for service and MOT 29/7/24, they couldn't do enough for me. I told them I had a few marks on the drivers side, when I collected it they had removed the marks and you couldn't even see they were there. I would not buy a car anywhere else. they keep you informed of what is going on. I also like the fact that they do health checks on the car. Great company to buy a car from.

I recently purchased a new Suzuki from Tracks and also popped it in for its complementary 2 months old "Health check style" service.So far my experience with all members of staff and the service received have been excellent and I have only heard good things about this particular Suzuki franchise. Expectations were met in regards to the agreed duration of the service so I was able to collect the car 60mins after dropping it off. So I did a bit of shopping in the locale and then spent 20mins in the Bake My Day café next to the dealership enjoying a great cup of coffee and freshly baked cinnamon role.Also I received a nice checklist email whilst I was in the café with a video attached which also enables me to have a kind of electronic copy of the servicing carried out if I should ever want to sell the car on in the future.Hopefully when the car starts to show some wear & tear such things as brake pad/disc thickness (if they need replacing) will be captured on the video with digital callipers so you can see that the technician is demonstrating the facts and not an opinion.I there was only one small niggly bit of critical feedback is that is if they are going to offer a free wash and vacuum on vehicles in for a service then please use a microfibre type towel to remove the excess water droplets afterwards (weather permitting of course). Having just washed and waxed my car a few days prior to taking it in I was disappointed to see water droplet rings develop as the car dried out subsequently spoiling all my prior hard work.Maybe it should be an opt out question asked when dropping the vehicle off i.e. "would you like your car washed and vacuumed?" (if they have the time).

Last Tuesday (23rd July) I took my Swift in for fitment of an accessory which the dealership were awaiting delivery of when I collected the car towards the end of June. At the same time they carried out the 2 month health check, which saved me a 75 mile round trip from Somerset. Excellent service as ever and the car had been washed and vacuumed. This is my second Swift and fifth Suzuki, and all have been purchased from Tracks - the previous ones from their Taunton dealership. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a car and Will in the sales department was very helpful and knowledgeable.

It is a 100 mile round trip for me to have my Vitara serviced by Tracks and, as always, on 4th June it was well worth it. Always treat my like a really valued customer. They really went the extra mile this time - I couldn’t believe it when I returned to my car not only to find it immaculately washed and cleaned inside, but they had also somehow managed to remove a horrible red paint scrape on the side of the car which someone had left whilst my car was parked months ago. I hadn’t managed to get the mark off in months of trying. I hadn’t asked them to do this - well done Tracks. It is so rare to be delighted like this.

What a good dealership. I strolled in off the street with some fairly unusual requests and was dealt with very efficiently and to my complete satisfaction.What is noticeable, and not at all common in car dealers, is that there is obviously a very good culture at Tracks. Everyone is very clearly working, but they're also smiling, helping each other and making sure their customers are all happy.Most dealers have that air of toxicity around them, but not Tracks. It's a nice place to be and, judging by the number of cars they're selling, it's how it should be done.

TracksCare is a great service/care plan for my Swift - it’s affordable, the service is great, it covers a lifetime warranty on your vehicle, and you can’t get much better than that. Free labour, discounted parts, and a complimentary coffee and valet too! (Made me feel better when I had to drop my car off first thing on an early morning!) 😉

The team are great and are always happy to help - they’re very accommodating and deal with you in a very professional and friendly approach. I would love to name a few people in particular but I wouldn’t want to be unfair to the rest of the team and therefore I think my appreciation must go towards the whole of Tracks itself, as I’m yet to come across a single person who doesn’t carry that great work ethic. I purchased my Swift from Taunton and now go to the Exeter dealership due to it being more local and both places are equally as great to work with.

He has communicated with me directly throughout my purchase and since. It is a 100 mile round trip for me to have my Vitara serviced by Tracks and, as always, on 4th June it was well worth it. Always treat my like a really valued customer. They really went the extra mile this time - I couldn’t believe it when I returned to my car not only to find it immaculately washed and cleaned inside, but they had also somehow managed to remove a horrible red paint scrape on the side of the car which someone had left whilst my car was parked months ago. I hadn’t managed to get the mark off in months of trying. I hadn’t asked them to do this - well done Tracks. It is so rare to be delighted like this.

What a good dealership. I strolled in off the street with some fairly unusual requests and was dealt with very efficiently and to my complete satisfaction.What is noticeable, and not at all common in car dealers, is that there is obviously a very good culture at Tracks. Everyone is very clearly working, but they're also smiling, helping each other and making sure their customers are all happy.Most dealers have that air of toxicity around them, but not Tracks. It's a nice place to be and, judging by the number of cars they're selling, it's how it should be done.

Whilst looking for my next car, I found it difficult narrowing down my options. With that being said, I was recommended Tracks by a family member, who was proud to have had nearly 3 Swift’s in the last 15 years! TracksCare is a great service/care plan for my Swift - it’s affordable, the service is great, it covers a lifetime warranty on your vehicle, and you can’t get much better than that. Free labour, discounted parts, and a complimentary coffee and valet too! (Made me feel better when I had to drop my car off first thing on an early morning!) 😉

The team are great and are always happy to help - they’re very accommodating and deal with you in a very professional and friendly approach. I would love to name a few people in particular but I wouldn’t want to be unfair to the rest of the team and therefore I think my appreciation must go towards the whole of Tracks itself, as I’m yet to come across a single person who doesn’t carry that great work ethic. I purchased my Swift from Taunton and now go to the Exeter dealership due to it being more local and both places are equally as great to work with.
