My wife bought a second hand Suzuki Swift from Tracks. They were amazing, they serviced it, MOT'd it and delivered it to us in Dorset (for a very reasonable price) as my wife couldn't drive it that far due to a bad hand. Will couldn't do enough for us and even put a full years Suzuki Warranty on it, as he realised we wouldn't want to return to Tracks in Eceter if there wzs a problem..great garage great service. My wife and I have leased a Vitarra since mid December 2021. It is a great car to drive and Jack the salesman is a credit to the company. He was very patient and helpful with us old, doddery, pensioners. I wish Suzuki did more advertising to support the dealership. Not posy hi-tech adverts like certain car manufacturers but ads that sell the practical benefits of their vehicles. Tracks is an EXCELLENT company to deal with. I feel so strong about that that I do not believe I will ever go elsewhere for a vehicle as long as the high standards continue.

Friendly but professional Service Adviser and all work carried out to Suzuki standards. I had the use of a courtesy car but after chatting to my Service Adviser he told me of a nice walk nearby where I could walk along by the Exeter Canal, this turned out to be very nice. My car was washed and hoovered out before it was handed back, so what else can I say apart from hopefully by the time that next year's service comes around the Double Locks Pub will be open and I can sit and enjoy a nice coffee by the Canal.

Such a breath of fresh air - It is so nice when you come across a car showroom / dealership that is so different to the normal high-pressure sales. I p/x my car for a used Vitara and the service I got was friendly, trustworthy and outstanding. Will was able to sort everything out for me and was even able to get my car delivered. The car arrived in excellent t condition. In about 3 years from now I plan on purchasing a brand new Suzuki and although the Exeter branch is by no means my local dealer, I will have no problems travelling over 100 miles to give my custom to Tracks. From the service I have received so far, they come highly recommended.

Tracks in Exeter is a great garage. I bought my car from there a couple of years ago and would definitely go back when I change it. I just wanted to feedback that following my service the car had to go back up to have the air con serviced. They offered to collect the car and a lad called Ross collected it and brought it back. Ok, so here's why I bought a Suzuki in the first place..... having tried various other car show rooms on Marsh Barton, the guys at Suzuki where not only more friendly but seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for, and were able to give really in-depth details and insights on all their models.I was never made to feel rushed or a that I was being a nuisance when I kept asking questions, even when I asked them on the phone after looking in the showroom to start with.Fast track now to 2 years later... the team remain the same, no moving on to pastures new, they say they are very happy to be where they are....how unusual is that for a car showroom?!It is therefore, a fantastic experience to be looked after by primarily Jack, who has now dealt with 2 purchases from myself, most recently in March this year, and has also, due to the quality of service and cars, dealt with a purchase from my husband in late June, also Harry and Will are fantastic too, and always make us very welcome! Even the'higher' management are great...! Had a slight rubbing noise from my front brake on my other half’s 65 reg Swift with 18,000 miles on the clock. Phoned Anita at Tracks Exeter and she got me booked in very quickly. Took it in and they checked it over, sorted the problem, washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior. This year was the first time I have taken advantage of the free winter check offered by Tracks in Exeter. They confirmed all was okay which I expected. Well what can I say about the Tracks Suzuki team at Exeter, my car needed some work doing on the interior and was due in just as we went into lockdown, Dave was straight on the phone I’m really sorry but we are going to have to postpone the work but will be in contact as soon as we can as Dave worked late into the night to inform customers of the lockdown. A few weeks later After a long night shift I received a call from Dave saying I could take my car in and a curtesy car was available as not knowing how long it would take, next day I take my car to Exeter and found all the precautions where in place for me to visit the Tracks Suzuki show rooms. Dave was there with his big welcoming smile. Here’s your curtesy car and well call you and let you know when ready. I went to pick up my car the next day. Its so nice to have a team of people that appreciate that after a 12 or 24.5 hour shift and I’m a key worker in the social health care sector and know that I’ve been working hard through this pandemic of COVID19. I have to say my experience was nothing but positive. We’ve been using this garage for mots for a number of years and they’re always really helpful. I took my car for mot yesterday. The chap at the desk was welcoming and cheerful, the coffee is excellent and free WiFi is a nice touch.My mot was completed quickly while I waited and despite initially failing, the problem was rectified quickly at no extra cost to me.All in all I’m very happy with the service I received - and it’s only £35 for an mot!

I was in a flap over an overdue MOT. Peter at Tracks of Taunton fitted me in at extremely short notice, calmed me down and organised everything. The Mot was done quickly and efficiently. To cap it all, one of the staff cleaned my car, and managed to remove the excreta caused by the attentions of a manic Bluetit to both of my wing mirrors. I'd say service above and beyond the normal!

I was looking for a new motability car. After having 3 Nissan's in the past i wanted something different. Having a look around at other car showrooms i went into Tracks of Exeter. I went up to the motability sales man Alec stott and told him i was looking for something different. He was so kind enough to show me around the cars. The Suzuki Vitara 4x4 took my eye. Alec told me everything i wanted to know about the car. He was so very helpful and professional at his job. I placed my order for the car there and then. He said it could take up to 3 months till i get the car but he would try to get it sooner for me. 8 weeks later i was back in the showroom picking up my new car. Alec Stott was very helpful all the way through the process from looking at the cat to getting the keys to my new car. He was very friendly and professional at his job. He put the customer first at all times. And he made it known that if i had any problems with my new car or if i needed to ask a question about the car, that i could phone him anytime for help and advice. I will be very happy to recommend Tracks of Exeter to all my friends and there friends. I am so happy i called into Tracks showroom when i did. Thank you very much for everything.
