Safety
Tech to keep you safe
The Swift Sport is packed with safety and driver assistance features as standard, including Dual Sensor Brake Support (DSBS) to determine if there is a risk of collision. Upon detecting a potential collision, it will either: alert the driver with an audible and visual warning; deploy brake assist to increase braking force; or apply strong automatic braking if the risk increases.
Blind spot monitor
At 9mph or faster, two rear-mounted radar sensors detect vehicles located in or approaching the rear blind spot to assist the driver. A warning LED icon illuminated in the relevant door mirror alerts the driver, accompanied by a warning sound if the driver activates the turn signal to change lanes.
Rear cross traffic alert
At speeds of up to 5mph whilst in reverse, the Swift Sport uses two rear-mounted side radar sensors to alert the driver of approaching vehicles on either side of the car. If an oncoming vehicle is detected, the driver is alerted by an audible and visual warning on the multi-information display.
Traffic sign recognition
A monocular camera monitors the road for traffic signs and when it detects signs such as speed limits or no overtaking zones, it displays the sign on the multi-information display to alert the driver. A maximum of three signs can be displayed at once.
High beam assist
At 25mph or faster, the system automatically switches the headlights between high and low beams depending on the presence of other vehicles and the lighting environment.
Adaptive cruise control
With a vehicle in front, the adaptive cruise control uses radar technology to automatically maintain vehicle-to-vehicle distance in line with the setting selected. Without a vehicle in front, the system maintains the speed (from 25mph) set by the driver.
Weaving alert
If the vehicle is swaying from side to side within the lane while traveling at 38mph or faster, a buzzer and warning light on the multi-information display draws the driver’s attention to weaving caused by drowsiness or other factors.
Lane departure prevention & warning
A monocular camera detects the boundaries of the lane while travelling at speeds above 37mph and if it determines that unintentional lane departure is likely, it partially assists steering operation to keep the Swift Sport in the centre of the lane. The lane departure warning function predicts the path of the vehicle and issues visual and tactile warnings to the driver.

Servicing
We recommend servicing once a year or every 12,500 miles (whichever comes first). You can save money on servicing costs with a Tracks Service Plan, a flexible and convenient way of affording quality vehicle maintenance by spreading the cost into interest-free monthly payments, avoiding inconvenient lump sum bills. Plus, you’ll enjoy lots of benefits and perks, click here to find out more.
Duration | Monthly price |
---|---|
3 year + 1 MOT | £25 |
4 year + 2 MOTs | £27 |
Year 1 rate is linked to CO2 emissions (the lower your vehicle’s emissions the less you have to pay) and fuel type. All fuel economy and emissions figures are from the WLTP laboratory test and specific to this car. These provide a realistic and reliable indication of what’s achievable, in ideal conditions. However, as no test can fully reflect real-world driving conditions and behaviour, there will always be some differences. Estimated monthly fuel cost is based on an average of 10,000 miles per year. Calculation uses the WLTP combined fuel consumption figure and fuel costs of petrol £1.20/litre (at April 2020).
