Friendly but professional Service Adviser and all work carried out to Suzuki standards. I had the use of a courtesy car but after chatting to my Service Adviser he told me of a nice walk nearby where I could walk along by the Exeter Canal, this turned out to be very nice. My car was washed and hoovered out before it was handed back, so what else can I say apart from hopefully by the time that next year's service comes around the Double Locks Pub will be open and I can sit and enjoy a nice coffee by the Canal.

I have a service plan with Tracks Suzuki. Service and MOT couldn't be easier. Arrive, drop the key off, have a coffee, go for a walk for an hour and it's all ready to me to drive home. Service reception run through what has been done and what is due next service. Couldn't be simpler. Very pleased with the service.

I always get a friendly and helpful reception either on the phone or in person and Bill is always cheerful and welcoming.. I visited with a view to upgrading my Suzuki Swift and -even though I decided to keep my present model - I was treated with courtesy and given honest information from the Salesman (Ryan) who was not pushy and most informative. He helped me to decide my best course of action and answered any questions I had and I left being a very satisfied customer.

Such a breath of fresh air - It is so nice when you come across a car showroom / dealership that is so different to the normal high-pressure sales. I p/x my car for a used Vitara and the service I got was friendly, trustworthy and outstanding. Will was able to sort everything out for me and was even able to get my car delivered. The car arrived in excellent t condition. In about 3 years from now I plan on purchasing a brand new Suzuki and although the Exeter branch is by no means my local dealer, I will have no problems travelling over 100 miles to give my custom to Tracks. From the service I have received so far, they come highly recommended.

tracks at exeter , absolutely first class. bought several cars from here never had an issue with the cars or the service. maintenance costs are surprisingly good for a dealership and the whole team are professional and efficient. the service department are very helpful, the sales team are spot on, the engineers do a great job too, the manager is very polite, down to earth and always helpful. cant fault this dealership at all . always proactive at working with you and neither the sales team or service team try to rip you off like many others. its an all round great experience to deal with everyone there. keep up the good work guys 👍

The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. Very friendly when booking the appointment. Ryan was amazing, answered all our questions and very friendly. It felt he genuinely wanted to get to know myself and my husband. Tracks in Exeter is a great garage. I bought my car from there a couple of years ago and would definitely go back when I change it. I just wanted to feedback that following my service the car had to go back up to have the air con serviced. They offered to collect the car and a lad called Ross collected it and brought it back. He is a credit to the company, lovely friendly manner and I hope he does well with his apprenticeship. People make such a difference which was the same when I bought the car from Will. Great staff 👍👍👍

Ok, so here's why I bought a Suzuki in the first place..... having tried various other car show rooms on Marsh Barton, the guys at Suzuki where not only more friendly but seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for, and were able to give really in-depth details and insights on all their models.I was never made to feel rushed or a that I was being a nuisance when I kept asking questions, even when I asked them on the phone after looking in the showroom to start with.Fast track now to 2 years later... the team remain the same, no moving on to pastures new, they say they are very happy to be where they are....how unusual is that for a car showroom?!It is therefore, a fantastic experience to be looked after by primarily Jack, who has now dealt with 2 purchases from myself, most recently in March this year, and has also, due to the quality of service and cars, dealt with a purchase from my husband in late June, also Harry and Will are fantastic too, and always make us very welcome! Even the'higher' management are great...! Also the team on the reception/service desk are lovely and cannot do enough to make you welcome.I have just had my first 2 mth service for my latest car .. another little Ignis (love it!!!) and yet again nothing is too much trouble.The whole team have become friends and I personally will be buying Suzuki from Tracks at Exeter, for years to come. I am pretty certain my husband feels the same way!Wishing them all the very best for their continued success, they are Brilliant!

After visiting Track's to test drive a car (Vitara SZ5 Auto) I was interested in they were unable to source the spec I wanted it was suggested that I might like to look at the S-Cross SZ5. We returned last Thursday and took one for a drive and both loved it, so much so I bought the car! We returned yesterday to collect my shiny new S-Cross (in black). I have always put a high premium on customer service and the service my wife has received (now on her 2nd Ignis) was instrumental in me deciding to investigate buying my first Suzuki. I have to say the level of service I/we have received from this dealership is second to none! Over many years of buying cars only one other dealership has come close to the service provided by Track's! Many thanks to all the guys at Track's Exeter for all your help and patience!

Once again my Vitara MOT was due so down to Tracks in Marsh Barton and yet again was greeted like an old friend by the lovely Anita. This time I opted to wait and soon was comfortable with coffee and a magazine in the pleasant waiting area which was bathed in warm sunshine and I am embarrassed to say that the next thing I knew was a chuckling Service Manager waking me up as the car was ready. I wanted to book my car in for a service on a day where there were no loan cars available. I called up to ask if I could leave my car overnight so as not to have to hang around Marsh Barton for hours with my new baby and they said this was fine. 5 mins later Anita called me back to offer to pick up and return my car for me as she lived close by. This really was going above and beyond and saved me a lot of time and effort. Great customer service!

Had a slight rubbing noise from my front brake on my other half’s 65 reg Swift with 18,000 miles on the clock. Phoned Anita at Tracks Exeter and she got me booked in very quickly. Took it in and they checked it over, sorted the problem, washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior. All done in 40 minutes and when I asked how much the bill was they said no charge.I have a Hyundai and their dealers are not a patch on Tracks, they are without doubt the best car dealer we have ever dealt with.

Ryan,the senior sale man was very professional with a nice lay back approach,no pushiness what so ever so it was a nice atmosphere,I even had three cups of coffee.I was given a good price for my part exchange so I went ahead and bought a used Suzuki Vitara and was able to take the car away the same day.Also a big thank you to Gary for getting the car ready for me to take away.I live in Bristol which is 52 miles away but if I was in line to buy another Suzuki then I would differently come back to this Ryan.Well done men.

I bought my car from Tracks in part-exchange earlier this week. Ryan was friendly and approachable, which made trading in my first car and buying a new one much less stressful than it otherwise would have been. He was also very patient with my many daft questions such as "do I put green or black fuel in it?". I also use Tracks for my MOTs, which they do quickly and well, and all for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Tracks.

Picked up by Gary from my home on New Year's Eve to view another Suzuki after a car crash. The car had been serviced and valeted. The customer service was excellent. Ryan went through all the details. He even pointed out a free service from Suzuki with support after an accident. I did not know about this.Ryan arranged for me to drive the car away that day, even had a test drive.I have also arranged to return there for the next service.What I liked about the staff was the friendly and laid back customer service, not like other car sales showrooms I have been to.Fabulous service!

This year was the first time I have taken advantage of the free winter check offered by Tracks in Exeter. They confirmed all was okay which I expected. What I didn't expect was the wash and vacuum!Whilst I was waiting, a car in the showroom caught my eye, and I asked a few questions, which were answered, but there was no hard sell to pressurise me into making a decision.I appreciate the knowledge friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, who explain what's wrong or needs doing in terms as simple as you need them to be.

Well what can I say about the Tracks Suzuki team at Exeter, my car needed some work doing on the interior and was due in just as we went into lockdown, Dave was straight on the phone I’m really sorry but we are going to have to postpone the work but will be in contact as soon as we can as Dave worked late into the night to inform customers of the lockdown. A few weeks later After a long night shift I received a call from Dave saying I could take my car in and a curtesy car was available as not knowing how long it would take, next day I take my car to Exeter and found all the precautions where in place for me to visit the Tracks Suzuki show rooms. Dave was there with his big welcoming smile. Here’s your curtesy car and well call you and let you know when ready. I went to pick up my car the next day. Its so nice to have a team of people that appreciate that after a 12 or 24.5 hour shift and I’m a key worker in the social health care sector and know that I’ve been working hard through this pandemic of COVID19. That they are always there to help you and support you with the little things.Dave, Anettia, Jack and the team thank you with all my heart for your kindness and support.

I have visited Blagdon Hill Tracks since purchasing my Suzuki Baleno just over 3 years ago. All members of staff are incredibly helpful and I decided to purchase their service plan as I was impressed with the genuine level of care & support they provide. They also have a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a complimentary coffee/ cup of tea if waiting. Highly recommended in all respects.

We have recently purchased our sons first car from Tracks , the service we received was good. They even left a present and card inside the car for our sons 17th Birthday on the day we collected it. Within a week our sons car developed a mechanical problem which Traxks fixed and delivered the car back to our home within a short amount of time . Our thanks go to Dave Upton wo was extremely helpfull and worked hard on getting our sons car fixed. Highly recommend Tracks and would have no hesitation doing business with them in the future. My wife recently needed a new car and we went to 5 different dealerships in Exeter for test drives and help from the sales teams. Spoke to Harry about purchasing a carHe was both helpful and informative. When spending money an a car I like to see a human side to people. I enquired about a hoodie and was happy with the result. This was a test to see if he was a hard bargain person. And as the after sale is as important as the sale itself it’s important that you get a good feeling from the seller. This I did and I am comfortable in the knowledge that if any issues should occur I will be taken care of in a proper manner. I couldn’t recommend Harry and the team enough. Great car too

My fiancé and me drove from Stafford yesterday to come and view and hopefully buy a 2019 Suzuki Swift Sport this morning. I have to say my experience was nothing but positive. We’ve been using this garage for mots for a number of years and they’re always really helpful. I took my car for mot yesterday. The chap at the desk was welcoming and cheerful, the coffee is excellent and free WiFi is a nice touch.My mot was completed quickly while I waited and despite initially failing, the problem was rectified quickly at no extra cost to me.All in all I’m very happy with the service I received - and it’s only £35 for an mot!

I had to take my motability car in to the dealership on the 11th September 2018 and Will was as ever charming and polite.I was about 45mins early for my appointment but the staff were totally unfazed. It took 30minutes for the service and my car was given a good valet before it was handed back. It is the courtesy and excellent service at Tracks that convinced me to get my car, and any future works, from here rather than the Weymouth dealership.Each time I have visited Tracks I feel like royalty as ALL staff members are around the door to say goodbye! Congratulations and well done!

I was in a flap over an overdue MOT. Peter at Tracks of Taunton fitted me in at extremely short notice, calmed me down and organised everything. The Mot was done quickly and efficiently. To cap it all, one of the staff cleaned my car, and managed to remove the excreta caused by the attentions of a manic Bluetit to both of my wing mirrors. I'd say service above and beyond the normal!

I was looking for a new motability car. After having 3 Nissan's in the past i wanted something different. Having a look around at other car showrooms i went into Tracks of Exeter. I went up to the motability sales man Alec stott and told him i was looking for something different. He was so kind enough to show me around the cars. The Suzuki Vitara 4x4 took my eye. Alec told me everything i wanted to know about the car. He was so very helpful and professional at his job. I placed my order for the car there and then. He said it could take up to 3 months till i get the car but he would try to get it sooner for me. 8 weeks later i was back in the showroom picking up my new car. Alec Stott was very helpful all the way through the process from looking at the cat to getting the keys to my new car. He was very friendly and professional at his job. He put the customer first at all times. And he made it known that if i had any problems with my new car or if i needed to ask a question about the car, that i could phone him anytime for help and advice. I will be very happy to recommend Tracks of Exeter to all my friends and there friends. I am so happy i called into Tracks showroom when i did. Thank you very much for everything.

Superb and very understanding help to find my new motability car - with exactly the type of car I needed for where I live (Middle of Exmoor, 15 miles to nearest town!)Very long distance travel (Grandchildren in Scotland) + My disability needs - Came and got me on May Bank Holiday Friday (most awful traffic) - to collect my Vitara (1.4 Boosterjet 4 x 4) - Aided me to get help with downpayment - Alec - THANK YOU SO MUCH !All of this with a smile from all - help with getting hot drink etc...BEST EVER FOR DISABLED / MOTABILTY - REALLY WELL LOOKED AFTER - 6* - SUPERB!!Thanks to all @ Tracks and especially Alec for understanding what a stubborn minded knows what she wants pain in the rear! lol :) :) :)
