Jimny voted Best Off-Roader at Parkers Awards

Suzuki GB PLC is pleased to announce another major award for its Jimny model, this time from Parkers.co.uk who awarded it their Best Off-Roader title for 2020. Jimny was shortlisted in a group of three from numerous new vehicles tested by the editorial team over the last year.

Keith Adams, editor of Parkers.co.uk comments: “Proving that small can be mighty, the Suzuki Jimny is exceptional when it comes to the rough stuff. Despite its dinky dimensions and relatively puny 1.5-litre engine, its separate chassis construction, selectable four-wheel drive and low-range gearbox mean it’s a proper weapon when it comes to crawling over rocks or getting out of ankle-deep mud. It’s also truly, utterly charming – with retro appeal in spades and a plucky and totally endearing nature”.

This very positive news for Suzuki makes it the ninth award win for the new model launched in the UK in January of this year. The Awards list to date is as follows:
