With TracksCare, we’ll service your Suzuki once a year or every 12,500 miles, depending on your annual mileage. Regular servicing is essential to maximise your car’s overall performance and to optimise its fuel consumption.
To save you money on servicing costs, we’ll discount the parts and labour by 10% and all pricing is fixed and inflation-proof for the duration of your plan.
In between regular services, we’ll give your car some TLC with our vehicle health checks. Whether you’re planning a road trip or preparing your car for the seasonal weather, we’ll check your vehicle’s levels, lights, tyres and give it a wash and vacuum for you. If your car gets a puncture, we’ll repair this free of charge.
If your car’s over 3 years old, you’ll need a valid MOT certificate to make sure it’s safe and roadworthy which also comes at no extra cost.
When our highly-trained technicians maintain your car, you can enjoy a coffee and browse the latest models in our showroom or we’ll lend you a courtesy car so you can get straight back on the road.

Most UK insurers want to repair your car as cheaply as possibly, so they send you to a repair centre that suits them not you. The dedicated team at Suzuki Accident Aftercare will exercise your right to have your vehicle repaired at a Suzuki Approved bodyshop, one that always operates to Suzuki repair standards and only uses Suzuki Genuine Parts, keeping your car 100% Suzuki.
How do you provide TracksCare?
TracksCare is administered by ourselves and our trusted partners, the AA and Suzuki Accident Aftercare. All routine servicing and claims under lifetime warranty must be carried out by Tracks of Exeter or Tracks of Taunton.
How is TracksCare different to a service plan?
You can take out a service plan on any of the vehicles we sell, regardless of age and make. TracksCare is only available on used Suzuki’s under 60,000 miles at the time of purchase. With a service plan you’ll still enjoy all the great perks that come with routine servicing, but with TracksCare you’ll also receive a lifetime warranty, breakdown cover and accident aftercare.
How is TracksCare different to your warranty?
All our used vehicles come with a minimum 3-month warranty as standard. If a problem occurs to your car after 90 days, you won’t be covered. With TracksCare, you get the continuous coverage of our lifetime warranty, protecting you from the unexpected for the duration of your ownership up to 100,000 miles.
How do I subscribe for TracksCare?
Your salesperson will offer you the opportunity to sign up for TracksCare when you take delivery of your new car. You have 30 days from delivery to join.
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay for TracksCare in full or spread the cost into 36 monthly payments made by Direct Debit.
Will my monthly price ever change?
No, the monthly price is fixed and interest-free for the duration of your TracksCare plan, with 36 monthly payments made by Direct Debit. After the initial 3 years, you can renew your plan and continue enjoying the benefits of TracksCare.
How do I use my TracksCare?
We’ll remind you when your car is due a service or MOT, unless you exceed your expected annual mileage. To take advantage of other benefits including vehicle health checks and puncture repairs you’ll need to contact us to book. If you need to make a claim under lifetime warranty please contact your local Tracks branch. For breakdown and roadside assistance, please call AA Suzuki Assistance on 0800 107 1155 and help will be on its way. In the event of an accident, please call Suzuki Accident Aftercare on 0800 107 1156, even before your insurer.
Can I cancel my TracksCare?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. When you sign up to TracksCare, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for free. If you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged a £25 admin fee and refunded any payments accrued for routine servicing. Is my TracksCare transferable?
Yes. If you’ve already signed up to TracksCare and you’re looking to part exchange your current car for a new or used vehicle, we can transfer any amount you have accrued for routine servicing to a new plan at no extra cost.
